สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับสมาชิก WALTZ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเอกสิทธิการเป็นเจ้าของรุ่นพิเศษหรือรุ่น limited หนึ่งเดียวก่อนใคร บัตรเชิญเข้าร่วมงานเปิดตัวคอลเลคชั่นสุดพิเศษ ส่วนลดเมมเบอร์ สะสมแต้มแลกส่วนลดหรือรับของรางวัล หรือสิทธิพิเศษในเดือนเกิด นี่คือเอกสิทธิเฉพาะสมาชิก WALTZ เท่านั้น

* WALTZ Premium warranty คือ โปรแกรมการรับประกันกรอบและเลนส์ที่มอบให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านให้คุณได้มั่นใจสูงสุด
(1) เลนส์ชั้นเดียวมีระยะรับประกันความพึงพอใจ 14 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ส่งมอบ เลนส์โปรเกรสสีฟมีระยะรับประกัน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ส่งมอบ โดยทางร้านยินดีเปลี่ยนเลนส์คู่ใหม่ให้ทันที หากมีการอัพเกรดไปใช้เลนส์ในรุ่นที่ดีขึ้น ลูกค้าจ่ายเพียงส่วนต่างเลนส์คู่ใหม่กับเลนส์คู่เก่าเท่านั้น
(2) การรับประกันความพึงพอใจหมายถึง ความพึงพอใจจากการใช้เลนส์ เช่น มองยังไม่ชัด เวียนศรีษะ ไม่สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับเลนส์ได้ แต่ไม่รวมถึงการตกแตก รอยขีดข่วนที่เกิดจากการใช้งานที่ไม่ถูกวิธี การใช้งานเลนส์ในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ไม่เหมาะสม
(3) กรอบทุกชิ้นที่ WALTZ รับประกันอะไหล่สิ้นเปลืองฟรีเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี ได้แก่ ยางหุ้มปลายขาแว่น แป้นจมูก สกรู เป็นต้น และรับประกันความเสียหายที่เกิดจากกระบวนการผลิตเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี เช่น การเปลี่ยนสีของโลหะ สีลอกที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากการใช้งานที่ผิดวิธี รวมถึงความเสียหายอื่นๆที่พิสูจน์ได้ว่าเกิดจากการผลิต เป็นต้น
